BARBECUE SAUCE
INGREDIENTS FOR THIS SPICY RECIPE :

| Tomato ketchup |
1 cup |
| Chili sauce |
¼ cup |
| Mustard powder |
1 tsp. |
| Brown sugar |
½ cup. |
| Vinegar |
¼ cup |
| Worcestershire sauce |
2 tbsps. |
| Pepper |
½ tsp. |
| Chili powder |
½ tsp. |
| Onion, chopped |
1 no. |
| Garlic, minced |
2 flakes |
| Butter |
2 tbsps. |
| Salt |
1 tsp. |

METHOD FOR THIS SPICY RECIPE : |
|
1.Combine all the above ingredients together except onions and garlic and simmer over a low flame for 10 minutes.
2.Add finely chopped onions & minced garlic fried in a little butter to the above sauce.
