INGREDIENTS FOR THIS SPICY RECIPE :

| Dhania Seeds(Coriander Seeds) |
1 1/2 Cup |
| Chana Dal |
3/4 Cup |
| Urad Dal |
3/4 Cup |
| Toor Dal |
1/2 Cup |
| (Uncooked) Rice |
1/4 Cup |
| Jeera Seeds |
1 Tbl |
| Dry Coconut Powder. |
1/2 cup |

METHOD FOR THIS SPICY RECIPE : |

1. Dry Roast Dhania Seeds , Jeera Seeds, Coconut Powder on a Low Fire until Coconut Powder turns medium brown. Keep this aside
2. Dry Roast the rest of the ingredients 2 to 5 until the Chana dal turn light brown.
3. Now mix all the ingredients and allow them to Cool.

Grind them into a fine Powder. Store it in air tight container. It stays fresh for one month. |
